The Charleston Benne Wafer, reimagined with chocolate. Olde Colony Bakery's Coco Crisp Cookies are a Dutch cocoa and vanilla twist on their iconic original Benne Wafer, keeping the thin, crisp tea cookie format and the hint of toasted sesame that makes a Benne Wafer a Benne Wafer, then folding in a rich cocoa and extra vanilla flavor that makes this one impossible to put down. Hand-baked and hand-packaged in Mt. Pleasant, SC by the oldest family-operated bakery in the historic Charleston area, baking the same way since the late 1940s.
No preservatives, no hydrogenated oils, no artificial ingredients. Just a genuinely good chocolate cookie with a Charleston story behind it.

- Afternoon tea and coffee service. The cocoa flavor pairs beautifully with both.
- Pairing with our Charleston Tea Garden Tea for a proper Lowcountry afternoon
- Dessert boards and cheese boards with aged cheddar, brie, and dark chocolate
