Valente Pasta

Valente Pasta is a family business that started in 1982, when Mary Frances Valente began hand-crafting pasta for friends and family at the Charlottesville, Virginia farmer's market. Her daughter, Mary Ann Valente, joined after culinary training in Paris and helped develop the specialty flavors the company is known for today. Sons, nephews, and cousins have since joined in, keeping it a true family operation.

Each variety is a gourmet flavored dried pasta, from angel hair to fettuccine to linguine, made to pair naturally with olive oil rather than needing a heavy sauce.
