Spanish Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Green, savory, and smooth. Spanish Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil opens with a natural hint of artichoke and finishes with a slight peppery bite that lingers at the back of the throat. It is flavorful enough to stand up to cured meats and aged cheese, and gentle enough to drizzle over fresh fruit.

Imported from Spain from the Winter 2025 harvest and hand-bottled in our Charleston shop. Hojiblanca, which means "white leaf" for the silvery underside of the olive tree's leaves, is one of Spain's most widely planted olive varieties, grown mainly in the southern region of Andalusia. At 480 mg/kg of polyphenols, this is a high-polyphenol oil, and those natural compounds are what give fresh extra virgin olive oil its peppery finish.
