Organic Early Harvest Koroneiki

Hand-picked from a single, 100-year-old family estate outside the Mediterranean seaside village of Kyparissia, Greece, this medium-intensity olive oil is harvested early in the season for a highly prized bitter finish and very high polyphenol (antioxidant) content. It's USDA Certified Organic, and the early harvest timing is what gives it that extra depth and structure compared to a later-season pressing.
