A true Charleston original. Holy Smoke is rich extra virgin olive oil cold-smoked for nine hours over Carolina hickory and pecan wood, made locally by Max Blackman and Kyle Payne. We're proud to carry it in our shops because it's exactly the kind of product we built Lowcountry Olive Oil to celebrate: locally crafted, deeply flavored, and impossible to find anywhere else in the country.

The smoke is real wood smoke, not flavoring. Nine hours of slow cold-smoking means the oil drinks in the smoke without ever being heated, so it stays fresh and silky with a smoky depth that comes through clean. Smoldering hickory up front, sweet pecan in the finish, with the body of a good extra virgin olive oil holding it all together.
