Bittermilk No. 1 is a bourbon barrel aged old fashioned mixer handcrafted in Charleston by Bittermilk Co., one of the pioneering cocktail mixer brands to come out of the South Carolina Lowcountry. Just add rye or bourbon, stir over ice, and garnish with an orange peel. That's it.

The mixer is built around Florida golden cane sugar, burnt cane sugar, fresh orange peel, and a blend of bitters including organic gentian root and cinchona bark. Aged in bourbon barrels for depth and complexity. No artificial flavors, no shortcuts. The kind of old fashioned your favorite bartender would make if they bottled it.

How to use:

• Fill a rocks glass with ice
• Add 1oz of Bittermilk No. 1 and 2oz of rye whiskey or bourbon
• Stir until well chilled
